Metallization / PVD-Coating / Lacquering

With the Metallization / PVD-Coating we are offering a high-quality kind of refining. The versatility of our sputtering-machine enables us to use other materials besides aluminium – like copper, titanium, stainless steel up to genuine gold. Only protective coating, e.g. protective coating after printing or hot foil stamping is also possible. We use nearly 100% UV-varnishes, which is why the line is especially environmentally friendly.

Hot foil stamping

With more than 70 hot foil stamping machines with different equipment and capacities up to own special developments of machines we refine all forms and containers with hot foils, from simple surface stamping , up to complicated 
all-around-stamping. In addition to high-gloss and matt foils we can also process foils in various colors according to our customer requirements, hologram foils, as well as special foils in wood optics.

Possibilities:

  • High-gloss and matt silver-, gold- and colour-foils
  • „Brushed“ silver- and gold-foils, hologram-effect-foils, wood effects
  • Individuality through relief-stamping, structure-stamping, partial-stamping or window-stamping

Full surface stamping

With the full surface stamping we offer another high-end decoration for highest customer demands. Full surface stamping allows a metal-like effect and is therefore the flexible alternative to metallization. Different foils can be used on head plate, radius and circulated surface. This allows more options for product differentiation.

Possibilities:

  • Special developments for unique demands (e. g. WUV-Foil with extreme abrasion and product resistance)
  • Processing of spezial effect-foils ( e.g. „brushed“ or „wood effects“)
  • combination with other refining options (e.g. Screen printing) inhouse possible 
  • block-out stamping (e.g. level indicator) 
  • partial stamping for individual accents
  • Heat-Transfer-Decoration


 


Screen printing

Also for screen printing we have a broad-based machine park with high efficient fully-automatic machines and flexible semi-automatic machines. All cosmetic packagings like bootles, closures, tubes and jars can be decorated in high quality. A major advantage of screen printing is the possibility of printing on various materials as glass, plastic or metal, as well as the possibility to decorate on different shapes.
 

Possibilities:

  • high efficient fully-automatic machines for hollow body printing as well for closures, tubes and jars in multi colors
  • semi-automatic machines for smaller quantities or special prints
  • high flexibility and speed through our own screenproduction

Pad printing 

Using pad printing the spectrum of 1-color prints up to 6-color prints is covered.
Due to the high amount of elasticity in pad printing we have the possibility to print different materials with highly complex surfaces. Also in pad printig we can print different materials (e. g. plastic, glass, metal, ceramics, stone etc.)

Possibilities:

  • Printing of complex, fragmented shapes possible
  • Various shapes can be realized (convex, concave, irregular)
  • Perfect transfer of motifs on a variety of surfaces
